Disconnect inside AuraSuite
- Sign in as an authorised AuraSuite user.
- Open Calendar.
- Select Disconnect Google.
- Choose whether to also remove cached unmatched Calendar events, unconfirmed Gmail transaction suggestions and Google link identifiers.
- Confirm. AuraSuite deletes its local OAuth tokens and requests revocation from Google.
Revoke directly at Google
Open your Google Account's third-party connections, select AuraSuite and remove access. This prevents new API access but does not by itself delete records already retained by the salon.
Request deletion
Email privacy@aurasuite.co.za with the connected Google address, salon name, records requested and whether the request covers Google-derived data, the AuraSuite account or both. Do not email passwords or medical details. AuraSuite may verify identity and authority before acting.
Confirmed appointments, payments, invoices and audit records may be retained where the salon has a lawful business or legal retention duty. Backup copies remain until the applicable backup rotation removes them. We will explain any data that cannot immediately be deleted.
