Can AuraSuite work on a PC and a phone?
Yes. AuraSuite is designed for desktop and mobile use. The exact installation and remote-access options depend on the plan and hosting arrangement selected for the salon.
Does AI make changes without asking?
Read-only assistance can present information immediately. Actions that write to salon records, affect money or prepare client communication are designed to require review and confirmation according to the user’s permissions.
Can I import existing client information?
AuraSuite supports structured client imports and editable client questionnaires. The suitability of historical files is assessed during onboarding because source documents vary.
Can staff be prevented from viewing Finance?
Yes. Named users and role-based permissions allow an owner to control access to sensitive areas and actions such as Finance, deletion and discounts.
Is custom work included in the subscription?
No. The subscription covers the standard AuraSuite product for the selected plan. Custom development, unusual integrations and specialised data work are scoped and billed separately.
