1. Website use
You may use this website to learn about AuraSuite, request information and contact us. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, impersonate another person or use it unlawfully.
2. The AuraSuite product relationship
Website descriptions demonstrate the intended product and may change as AuraSuite develops. Features, hosting, support, onboarding, data migration, integrations and availability are governed by the written agreement accepted for a particular salon. A demonstration, concept image or roadmap item is not a guarantee that a feature is included in every plan or deployment.
3. Accounts and authorised users
Account credentials are personal to the authorised user. Salon owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, removing access when staff leave, protecting devices and credentials and notifying AuraSuite promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
4. Salon responsibilities
The salon is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information it enters, the professional services it provides, client consent, clinical decisions, tax and accounting treatment, payment collection, marketing choices, staff conduct, device security and compliance with industry and privacy requirements.
AuraSuite assists with records and administration. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional clinical judgement, emergency assessment, legal advice, tax advice or accounting advice.
5. AI, suggested matches and connected services
AI output, fuzzy matches, imported document fields, calendar matches and transaction suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review important information before relying on or confirming it. AuraSuite may require confirmation for actions that affect records, money or communications.
Third-party services such as Google, email providers, AI providers, hosting providers and mobile operating systems are governed by their own terms and can change or become unavailable. AuraSuite is not responsible for a third party’s independent service outage or policy change, although we will take reasonable steps within our control.
6. Pricing and custom work
Published prices are monthly ZAR prices for the described user and location limits. Additional users are billed at the published rate for the applicable plan. More than five locations requires a custom quotation. Custom development, specialised integrations, unusual imports, bespoke reports, onsite work and other services outside the standard product are quoted and billed separately.
Final commercial terms, payment dates, cancellation, increases and taxes will be stated in the applicable quotation or subscription agreement.
7. Intellectual property
AuraSuite and its software, branding, design, documentation and original content are protected by intellectual-property law. A salon receives only the rights stated in its applicable agreement. The salon retains its rights in the salon information it supplies, subject to the permissions required for AuraSuite to provide the service.
8. Availability, backups and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Local networks, salon hardware, third-party services and internet connectivity can affect access. Salons must follow the backup, update and recovery instructions applicable to their deployment and test restoration periodically.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AuraSuite is provided subject to the warranties expressly included in the applicable product agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate salon data, unauthorised use, failure to follow backup or security instructions, or decisions made without appropriate professional review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The product agreement may include a specific dispute process and jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these website terms as AuraSuite and applicable requirements develop. The current version and effective date will remain published here.
